personal development
The whole person in a world of unlimited possibilities
Why personal development?
There can be many reasons to work on your personal development. Most people want to work on their personal development because something is impairing their quality of life and thus the need for development, either personally or professionally. This could be issues such as stress/burnout, relationships, anxiety, lack of joy in life, loss/grief, desire for personal growth, career development, etc.
In a constantly evolving world of new challenges and unlimited opportunities, the ability to understand yourself is crucial to personal success.
When you understand your strengths, weaknesses, values and goals, it becomes easier to make authentic decisions. Not only does this create a sense of purpose and meaning, but it also leads to greater satisfaction, whether it's personal or professional.
The approach to development
My main focus as a coach and therapist is to create a safe and trusting space for development and thus the best starting point for my clients. When we listen to the body and our innermost messages, we can create insight and transformation.
I believe that development comes from meeting another human being. Together we explore the challenges and crises that fill and limit life's potential. I want to bring my clients in contact with deeper layers of their own identity, so they can achieve creativity and freedom to make the best choices about how they want to live. I have had both good and bad periods in my life, but I have always believed that every challenge is a potential for growth.
